Bonnie Schmidt is a 200 hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) who has been teaching yoga for over 5 years. She first unrolled her yoga mat to help relieve stress, but it soon turned into something so much more.
When a debilitating anxiety disorder led to daily panic attacks and a fear of leaving the house, Bonnie focused her attention on her yoga practice and started experimenting with different holistic techniques. She studied anxiety and its root causes, and soon found a way to use specific yoga poses, breathing practices, and yogic philosophies to fully heal herself from the panic and anxiety that had previously left her paralyzed with fear.
Bonnie's passion is to share her knowledge in order to help others who are suffering from stress and anxiety. She dedicates her time to leading yoga classes, coaching, and hosting workshops where she teaches her students how to utilize yogic stress-busting techniques to find their inner peace.
