Hipster Flow Workshop
A 2-hour workshop focusing on opening the hips and opening the mind! We store a lot of emotional
energy in our hips, let's release it together in this fun, energetic flow! We'll explore a multitude of hip opening poses, including standing, seated and balancing asanas. As we heat up the body, we'll move our flow into more advanced sequences! Come join me on the mat for this workshop!

In this special workshop we will explore the inner workings of anxiety and its affects on our mind and body. You will learn yoga poses and breathing techniques specially designed to alleviate stress and anxiety, as well as powerful mental practices to create a total transformation in the way you deal with anxiety in your life.

In this special 4-week workshop we will explore the inner workings of anxiety and its affects on our mind and body. You will learn yoga poses and breathing techniques specially designed to alleviate stress and anxiety, as well as powerful mental practices to create a total transformation in the way you deal with anxiety in your life.
Heated Detox Flow
This workshop is designed to help release the tension, stress, & toxins that build up in the body during the winter months. We’ll move through a flowing sequence that burns calories, releases lower back and shoulders, and focuses on detoxing our bodies. We'll close this practice with a guided meditation focused on clearing the mind and releasing what holds us back.This workshop is heated and appropriate for all levels.
hardCORE
hardCORE is a workshop focused on core strength and power. We'll practice a flow class designed to tap into your muscular energy and understand how your core helps invigorate your whole yoga practice. We'll build heat, endurance and strength!
